What is RRSP/401k Matching?** While this does look different for Canadian and US colleagues, this is our retirement plan matching program. This is an optional plan for full-time colleagues to enrol in after 3 months with We The Collective. We will match your contributions (taken right off your paycheque) up to a pre-determined amount.

What is a Lifestyle Spending Account? Canadian colleagues are able to choose to allot some of their coverage to a Lifestyle Spending Account. This account is a taxable benefit that covers a variety of categories including wellness, travel, home services, green living, pet care, and more.

What is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)? An EAP is a support program with licensed practitioners who are available virtually to support you in a variety of ways based on your needs. This program includes time with individual counsellors, couples counsellors, and financial, legal, and wellness advisors to discuss topics as needed.
